At Amarsar Palace, we strive to ensure our guests have a seamless booking experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policies carefully.

1. Cancellation & Refund Timeline

  • Free Cancellation (48 Hours): You may cancel your booking free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time (1:00 PM). A full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's room charge.
  • No-Shows: In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation notice, no refund will be provided.

2. Overbooking & Room Unavailability

In the rare event that all rooms are booked and we are unable to accommodate your reservation after payment has been made, you will be notified immediately. A full refund will be initiated within 24 hours of the booking time. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

3. Refund Processing

Once a refund is initiated from our end (whether due to cancellation or overbooking), please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
