01.Securing Your Stay
All reservations are gracefully accommodated subject to availability. To guarantee your royal experience at Amarsar Palace, a valid credit card or advance deposit is required at the time of booking. Confirmation details will be promptly shared with you.
02.Graceful Cancellations
We understand that travel plans may unexpectedly change. We kindly request that cancellations or modifications be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid a retention charge equivalent to one night's stay.
03.Grand Celebrations & Events
For bespoke weddings, grand galas, and large venue bookings, our event specialists will craft a dedicated agreement. This tailored contract will outline specific personalized terms, milestone advance deposits, and dedicated cancellation protocols.
04.Palace Etiquette
To preserve the heritage and tranquility of Amarsar Palace, we request all guests to maintain appropriate decorum. Any damages to the palace property, artifacts, or premises will be subject to applicable restoration and assessment charges.
